It kinda suck to wake up after a hell of a great night ‘shit-faced’ (a professional term off course) and to start your day slow, I mean REAL SLOW…
So, the hell with Aspirin, let’s eat!
Although I really try to avoid getting drunk, it’s inevitable to know whether your last pint or shot with your amigos at the bar had passed the “O.K” part of the gear and you’re gonna wake up with the hangover. We’ve all ‘been there done that’ and know that it’s the worst feeling ever, yet once we step into that company’s new years party, a night out with your friends or any other gathering that lasts longer than 1 hour and involves alcohol, we know that there’s a good chance we will wake up the next morning with a feeling that we have a party going on in our own head yet we’re not really invited. Regardless on where you’re originally from, whenever the temperature drops a bit, and you had a beer or three with your friends and the clock past midnight, you suddenly get the craving for the greasiest & saltiest food you can get your hands on.

The secret to your own personal sanity beyond an mp3 player and a book is the food that you’ll find along the way/on your arrival and a good shower. In my case, the longer I travel the simpler the food I crave for. Read more... (165 words, 1 image, estimated 40 secs reading time)

No doubt about it, Sichuan province in China is definitely a paradise for those crazy ones (including myself) that would go to any extreme to find the spiciest food they can get their hands on. It’s just brilliant, everything here comes with chillies, but not the ones you know.
I bet most of you are probably thinking to yourself “too much chillies in your food kills the flavor”…. well, if you are among one of the following groups: Space vegans, French or just ‘sissies’, I and tons of others like me beg to differ!.
Spicy food is way more then just something that burns your mouth. I mean, if one tiny chili makes you sweat and bet for a ‘new mouth’ implant than you might not enjoy Sichuan culinary kitchen to its full extent. Read more... (239 words, 1 image, estimated 57 secs reading time)
