If there’s one person in the world who doesn’t celebrate Christmas but loves the colors and food, it’s me. For years I would envy so much the chill that the month of December brings with it, the snow, the lights. It’s not so much the massive present shopping or opening the gifts, it’s the food!.

Not really sure about you guys but when I usually go abroad, all the chasing around after monuments, historical houses and museums is not for me.

Now Doubt about it ...Thai sweets are wonderful!
Today I had an incredible experience, I found a little shop not too far from the northern gate of Chiang Mai, Thailand that’s been doing authentic thai sweets close to 3 decades.
I spent there over 1 hour, tasting, experiencing and listening to stories about the making of these desserts. If you get to Chiang Mai, Thailand…..don’t even think about missing out on Mrs Kwanta’s shop.
