Asia is magical. it’s madd, pretty, ancient, exciting, robotic, controlled yet liberated, modern and old….it’s just mental…
I’m sure that i’f you haven’t been to Asia the first thing that comes to up to mind are : white sand beaches, temples, noodles. You know what I mean…just stereotypes that we have on places and cultures. I love Asia for many reasons; I traveled and lived there for a while and actually feel a strong bond to it. as if I was connected in this yellow fever umbilical cord. 3 days ago Songkran had started a day earlier. Basically Songkran is the Thai new year’s and is s HUGE celebration. Besides the religious meaning behind it this festival is known for it’s massive water fights. Basically the whole country stops everything and is engaged in crazy water fights. Kids, old people, gay , tourists, lady-boys, and students ….all in one street holding water guns in all sizes, buckets filled with ice water and other crazy inventions to pour water on each other, drivers and basically EVERYONE.
