A month ago, on my way to a new fresh food market I discovered a treasure!. it was laying between the dried fish, lychees & rice.
Mushrooms…but not any kind of mushrooms, the kind that costs a fortune (in thai figures) and tastes great. I’m not sure about their name in English but in thai they are called “Hed -Tod”
